About The Position

Hypergen is a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency helping startups and professional services firms across the US, UK, and EU book more meetings through AI-powered outbound. We combine strategy, automation, and creativity to build campaigns that get results - not just opens. We're looking for an experienced GTM Engineer who can own client campaigns from strategy to execution. This is a client-facing role for someone who's comfortable building in Clay, working with AI, and managing campaigns for demanding US clients.

Requirements

• Experience managing outbound campaigns for US-based clients.
• Experience working with M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or other investment-focused clients.
• Previous experience at a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.
• Experience using AI and GTM tools such as Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
• Proactive, organized, and obsessed with improving performance.
• Available to work 1 PM – 9 PM EET.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound campaigns for US-based clients.
• Build and optimize Clay workflows and AI automations.
• Create highly targeted prospect lists and outbound strategies.
• Test and improve email copy, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide campaign updates.
• Stay ahead of the latest GTM, AI, and outbound tools.
