SymphonyAI is building out its GTM engineering capability to power a high-performance, data-driven revenue engine. The GTM Engineer will own the lead generation infrastructure end-to-end — from sourcing and enriching target market data to building automated workflows that route qualified accounts to our Sales and Marketing teams at speed and scale. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Sales, and Marketing Operations. You will take over and advance an established lead generation engine built with an external partner, and become the first in-house owner of our Clay and HubSpot stack. You will report to the CMO and work closely with Sales leadership to continuously improve coverage, quality, and conversion across the funnel.
