About The Position

Guardz, established in 2022, is a cybersecurity company that has secured $85M in funding and employs 100 professionals. The company's vision is to create a safer digital environment for small and medium businesses globally through its Secure & Insure platform. Guardz is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to build and lead the enablement function from its inception. This role requires a natural coach and builder who can gain the trust of various teams, including Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Support, through expertise and reliability. As a senior individual contributor, this role will be responsible for developing programs, playbooks, and coaching strategies to translate GTM strategy into consistent and confident front-line performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement or a closely related GTM role at a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to train on a technical product with genuine depth, earning credibility with Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Support.
  • Demonstrated experience building structured learning paths end-to-end.
  • Strong pre-sales or post-sales background, including experience with cold calls, discovery, demo motions, or Customer Support onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Data-driven, collaborative, and a clear communicator across all levels.
  • Cybersecurity or MSP market experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Build structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs by role, including technical certifications that mirror customer learning.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver enablement training, playbooks, talk tracks, scripts, and deck templates to drive repeatable sales, onboarding, and renewal motions in collaboration with GTM Leadership.
  • Manage the GTM knowledge base (internal resources + competitive intel) and conduct internal tool training across the technology stack.
  • Serve as a liaison between GTM and Product teams, ensuring all teams are fully prepared before product launches.
  • Collaborate with PMM on battle cards and messaging, overseeing field translation, training, and adoption.
  • Establish a structured field feedback loop to capture objections, adoption blockers, and conversion gaps, and consistently relay this information back into content and to relevant teams.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions, report on enablement impact monthly, and manage content refresh cycles (monthly updates, quarterly playbook revisions, annual re-certifications).
