Reddit is seeking a GTM Enablement Lead for SMB to act as a liaison between Reddit’s global Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities and the specific requirements of its Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales organization. This is a field execution role focused on translating business initiatives, product launches, sales plays, tools, workflows, and commercial programs into effective enablement that influences seller behavior and drives business results. The role involves close collaboration with SMB sales leadership and managers to ensure sellers understand priorities, excel in their roles, and effectively apply key strategies in customer interactions, pipeline development, account planning, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaled sales environments, a talent for simplifying complex information, and the ability to create enablement programs that foster seller progression from awareness to fluency to consistent execution. This critical role will empower SMB sales teams to implement Reddit’s priority GTM strategies with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact, often in partnership with vendors. The position operates at the nexus of Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing Science, and GTM Enablement, ensuring SMB sellers are equipped with the necessary plays, content, tools, training, and ongoing support for consistent field execution. This role requires in-office presence 1-2 times per month and may be based in San Francisco, with a requirement to collaborate weekly with SMB teams in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Lisbon, Portugal, including accommodating the Lisbon time zone. Annual travel to both offices is also required.
