About The Position

Reddit is seeking a GTM Enablement Lead for SMB to act as a liaison between Reddit’s global GTM priorities and the specific requirements of its SMB sales organization. This is a field execution role focused on translating business initiatives, product launches, sales plays, tools, workflows, and commercial programs into effective enablement that influences seller behavior and drives business results. The role involves close collaboration with SMB sales leadership and managers to ensure sellers understand key priorities, excel in their roles, and can effectively apply these motions in customer interactions, pipeline development, account planning, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaled sales environments, a talent for simplifying complex information, and the ability to create enablement programs that foster seller progression from awareness to fluency to consistent execution. This critical role will empower Small and Medium Business sales teams to implement Reddit’s priority GTM motions with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact, working in partnership with vendors. The position operates at the intersection of Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing Science, and GTM Enablement, ensuring SMB sellers are equipped with the necessary plays, content, tools, training, and reinforcement for consistent field execution.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, or Sales Leadership
  • Experience supporting SMB, scaled sales, commercial, inside sales, or high-velocity revenue teams required
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive seller behavior change, not just knowledge transfer
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows, pipeline generation, opportunity management, seller productivity, and manager reinforcement
  • Ability to translate complex business, product, or operational priorities into simple, actionable seller and manager guidance
  • Experience building scalable sales plays, launch packages, talk tracks, manager guides, and reinforcement plans
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
  • Exceptional communicator, facilitator, and writer with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable using metrics, dashboards, field feedback, and AI-powered insights to diagnose needs and evaluate outcomes
  • Proficiency with enablement and revenue tools such as Highspot, Gong, LMS platforms, Salesforce, and analytics tools
  • Committed to inclusive, accessible learning and enablement design that meets the needs of diverse sellers and teams

Responsibilities

  • Translate GTM Priorities for SMB Execution: Partner with GTM Enablement, SMB Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing Science, and other cross-functional teams to translate Reddit’s priority GTM motions into SMB-ready execution plans. You will help define what SMB sellers need to know, say, do, use, and inspect in order to land key commercial priorities consistently across regions and teams.
  • Represent the SMB Seller and Manager: Act as the voice of SMB sellers and managers in global enablement planning. Ensure GTM programs, messaging, workflows, content, and tools are adapted to the realities of scaled sales teams, including high activity volumes, shorter sales cycles, manager-led reinforcement, and repeatable customer motions. Partner with SMB leaders and frontline managers to ensure enablement is practical, field-ready, and aligned to how SMB teams actually sell.
  • Build Scalable SMB Sales Plays and Enablement Programs: Develop and adapt simple, repeatable enablement programs that help SMB sellers execute priority motions at scale. This may include product launches, sales plays, measurement readiness, AI-assisted selling, creative best practices, tooling rollouts, workflow changes, and commercial growth programs. Deliverables may include seller talk tracks, discovery guides, objection handling resources, manager coaching guides, team meeting materials, Highspot pages, practice exercises, launch packages, and reinforcement plans.
  • Drive Seller Productivity and Field Readiness: Equip SMB sellers with the resources, workflows, and practice needed to manage high activity volumes, prioritize accounts, improve customer conversations, and move opportunities forward efficiently. Support onboarding and ongoing development programs that help new sellers ramp quickly and existing sellers continuously improve performance against Reddit’s evolving GTM priorities.
  • Measure Adoption, Readiness, and Impact: Use data and field feedback to assess whether enablement programs are driving behavior change and business outcomes. Track leading and lagging indicators such as ramp time, pipeline generation, outreach-to-meeting conversion, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, deal velocity, tool adoption, content usage, manager reinforcement, and seller proficiency. Use these insights to iterate programs and improve SMB execution over time.
  • Connect the Revenue Ecosystem: Serve as a connector across Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Product, and GTM Enablement to ensure SMB teams receive coordinated, actionable, and timely support. Help reduce noise for the field by creating clarity, focus, and repeatability across GTM launches and programs.
