GigsSan Francisco, CA
$90,000 - $105,000Hybrid

About The Position

GTM Associates at Gigs are the engine of top-of-funnel growth and the starting point for a career in commercial leadership. You'll work closely with GTM Leads to identify, qualify, and develop pipeline across Gigs' markets. This isn't a role where you execute a handed-to-you playbook. You'll help build it and the best people here grow fast because of it. Our GTM org is lean by design. You'll have real visibility with GTM leadership from day one, and the commercial decisions you make will matter.

Requirements

  • High-growth commercial mindset, with experience in a commercial, strategy, or analytically rigorous role (sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, or adjacent).
  • Analytical sharpness, with the ability to form hypotheses, test them, and revise, making structured decisions quickly in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and adapt messages to the audience.
  • Commercial curiosity, with a desire to understand why a company might buy.
  • Proactive self-starter who doesn't wait for a playbook but helps build one.
  • Passion for technology and an interest in how businesses embed new capabilities into their products.
  • Deep care for outcomes and a focus on commercial impact, making smart trade-offs between speed and quality.
  • Ability to reach for AI tools without being asked, using them for research, writing, and preparation, and having a point of view on their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert, developing deep knowledge of the Gigs platform and competitor landscape.
  • Own both inbound and outbound lead management, using clear qualifying criteria and prospecting into new accounts with strategic outreach.
  • Utilize AI tools for research, meeting preparation, and outreach iteration.
  • Partner with marketing to drive pipeline, manage outbound campaigns, and ensure commercial follow-through.
  • Prepare thoroughly for every conversation by understanding the company, buyer, and angle.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity for the team.
  • Provide deal support, shadow deal calls, run discovery meetings, and progressively take on more ownership.
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the US GTM organization, including market mapping, go-to-market experiments, and commercial analysis.
  • Help build the GTM playbook by documenting what works, flagging what doesn't, and bringing structure to team targeting and prioritization.
