About The Position

This role requires extensive experience in end-to-end GTM (Global Trade Management) implementations, with a focus on techno-functional expertise in the GTM Application. The architect will manage projects, interact with clients and stakeholders, configure GTM modules, and understand various trade processes. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, testing, and providing post-go-live support. The role also involves managing GTM upgrades, integrating with other modules, and developing/enforcing standards and processes.

Requirements

  • GTM with 15-25 years of Experience.
  • Experience of end-to-end GTM implementations (at least 3 projects).
  • Techno-functional expertise on GTM Application.
  • Functional understanding of countries specific trade process.
  • Basic understanding of OTM.
  • Understanding of Customs process/ FTZ/ Duty drawback process.
  • Well versed with GTM modules: Trade Compliance Management & Screening process, License Management, Declaration, Custom filing process, Trade Agreement, Trade Incentive Program Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration.
  • Experience creating Agent, Saved Queries, action checks, Custom Actions, Screen sets, Manager layouts, Workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets) Project migration, Account Policy, User Roles and Business Monitor.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end GTM implementations (at least 3 projects).
  • Manage Project accounts with techno-functional expertise on GTM Application.
  • Day-to-day interaction with Client and Stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and new Change Requests.
  • Configure GTM modules (basic understanding of OTM required).
  • Understand Customs process/ FTZ/ Duty drawback process.
  • Manage GTM Quarterly Upgrade with new feature implementations.
  • Integration with other modules like EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP using integration layers like OIC/Boomi/Mule soft/SOA etc.
  • Gather Customer Requirements, Understand Supply Chain Business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentations.
  • Co-ordinate with Stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes.
  • Develop standards and processes, encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
