About The Position

Glyphic is seeking a GTM Agentic Architect Lead, a new and critical role focused on leveraging AI for revenue teams. This position sits at the intersection of pre-sale and post-sale, partnering with Account Executives to win enterprise deals and with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers realize agentic value across their entire GTM organization. The role involves designing and implementing agentic workflows, acting as a trusted advisor on AI-native ways of working, and contributing to the development of internal playbooks. This is a builder role from day one, with the opportunity to shape a function from the ground up and grow into a leadership position.

Requirements

  • Deep fluency in how revenue teams are structured and operate (pipeline stages, deal qualification, forecast processes, sales methodology, CRM hygiene, Sales/CS handoff).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, understanding their configuration, data flow, and integration with the broader GTM stack.
  • Familiarity with the wider GTM tech stack: data enrichment (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay), sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft), conversation intelligence (Gong, Chorus), and CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Fluent in Claude and AI-native tooling, using large language models as a core part of daily workflow.
  • Ability to architect how AI agents should be configured for different revenue team roles.
  • Comfort operating at the frontier of AI, defining best practices.
  • A natural trusted advisor with strong customer empathy and a consultative approach.
  • Ability to run structured discovery, frame complex problems, and guide customer decisions.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (VP Sales, CRO, Head of RevOps).
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Builder and self-starter mentality, comfortable building from scratch and operating with ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales at a GTM SaaS company (Gong, Salesloft, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Clari, or similar).
  • Revenue Operations or GTM Engineering with customer/prospect experience.
  • Technical Customer Success at a conversation intelligence or sales enablement platform.
  • Management consulting with a GTM/revenue operations specialization and hands-on SaaS tool experience.
  • Forward Deployed Engineering at an AI-native company, with a desire to go deeper on GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Join late-stage enterprise deals as the GTM architecture expert, running discovery on prospect's revenue team structure, sales methodology, CRM configuration, and GTM tech stack.
  • Design and deliver proof-of-concept implementations demonstrating agentic value in the prospect's environment.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating Glyphic's capabilities into customer-specific GTM language.
  • Convert POCs into reusable implementation templates.
  • Own the technical onboarding experience for enterprise accounts in partnership with the CSM.
  • Map customer team hierarchy and conversation types to Glyphic's agentic workflow framework.
  • Design and build agentic workflows to deliver end-to-end intelligence and context to various personas (AE, SDR, Sales Manager, RevOps, CS).
  • Recommend and configure sales methodology scoring (MEDDIC, SPICED, BANT).
  • Ensure users receive the right information at the right moment without manual effort.
  • Identify and activate use cases beyond initial deployment, including coaching, forecasting, CS handoffs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as the GTM agentic workflow expert for customers, advising on best practices and AI-native ways of working.
  • Run enablement sessions and working sessions with customer stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, and CS.
  • Build joint success plans with the CSM defining agentic value at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Act as a senior voice in QBRs, connecting Glyphic's outputs to customer commercial outcomes.
  • Document agentic workflow patterns, configuration best practices, and customer GTM architectures.
  • Surface product gaps and roadmap opportunities to engineering with customer impact context.
  • Build the internal playbook for Glyphic's agentic capabilities mapping to common GTM motions.
