About The Position
The Global Security Operation Center Officer (SOC Operator) helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, intrusion detection alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. The role is based at the DTLA and Burbank locations and offers evening and overnight shifts. Candidates with experience as a call center representative, dispatcher, or camera monitor may find the role a good fit; it can also provide an introduction to a career in the security industry.
