About The Position

Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to our ground equipment department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by handling various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus.
  • Administrative assistance , Office Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the aviation or ground handling industry.

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Manage departmental correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents. Assist in creating and updating procedural manuals.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department members. Assist in scheduling and tracking departmental training sessions.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between maintenance and other departments within the organization. Handle internal and external inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Assist in managing inventory related to the Ground Support Department. Manage purchase orders.
