The Growth team manages the engine driving Fever's growth ambition across all markets, ensuring partners thrive by leveraging Fever’s data, marketing, and product technology. The team aims to understand the Fever business and collaborate with other teams to achieve growth ambitions for Fever and its partners.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
  • Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions.
  • Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners, driving projects with key impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
  • Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help them succeed and grow.
  • Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and take full accountability for moving key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure operations remain lean, efficient, and capable of supporting rapid growth across diverse markets.
  • Work closely with key regional stakeholders (i.e. Country and Regional General Managers) across APAC markets to help them build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever's global product and marketing capabilities.
