About The Position

DOPE Marketing is seeking a Growth Sales Representative to join their full-time, on-site team in Eagan, MN. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, targeting individuals who are experienced in sales and motivated by setting their own earning potential. The position involves managing inbound leads from business owners seeking printing services or information on direct mail marketing, as well as making outbound calls and follow-ups to close deals. The company provides leads, tools, training, and targets, with compensation directly reflecting the salesperson's performance.

Requirements

Prior sales experience.
Self-starter capable of performing without micromanagement.
Motivated to earn significant income beyond a base salary.
Comfortable with high-volume phone work.
Ability to remain steady in the face of objections.
Competitive, coachable, and organized.
CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable).
Solid Google Workspace proficiency.

Background in door knocking, insurance sales, or high-volume outbound phone work.

Responsibilities

Work inbound leads from business owners needing print items or direct mail information.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of direct mail strategies.
Quote print services and close sales.
Make daily outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Grow a book of free accounts into paying customers by encouraging campaign sends.
Sell print and mail products daily, including postcards, yard signs, door hangers, business cards, handwritten notes, and gift boxes.
Build a personal sales pipeline in addition to managing inbound leads.
