As a Product Manager working on Calm’s direct-to-consumer business, you will drive measurable impact across top-of-funnel conversion, trial-to-paid transitions, user activation, and long-term retention. You will design, execute, and analyze product experiments in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams. Day to day, you will: Own growth strategy and roadmap: Develop and own Calm's growth product strategy and roadmap, translating company revenue, subscriber, and DAU goals into a prioritized set of bets across activation, conversion, and retention. Run a high-velocity experiment program: Form sharp hypotheses, design and ship A/B tests with engineering and data science, and read results honestly — including the ones that don't win. Remove friction from key journeys: Use quantitative and qualitative data to find where users drop off in onboarding, habit-building, and account flows, then test simpler paths through them. Ship habit mechanics: Build the features that help users plan, track, and celebrate progress, so a first session becomes a daily practice. Write PRDs that make decisions easy: Spell out the job to be done, the opportunity, success metrics, and the plan to ship and iterate — then bring engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership along as the plan changes.
