We are seeking a dynamic Growth Product Manager to lead the development of growth-focused products that accelerate the acquisition, activation, and early retention of our expert community (NXC). In this role, you will own the expert growth funnel end-to-end —including the ability for the business to power it’s research function – working at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, define and deliver growth initiatives, and establish a rigorous experimentation framework. You will own the roadmap for engineering and design to build, launch, and scale products that remove friction, improve conversion, and unlock new growth loops. This is a highly visible role that will directly shape the trajectory of NewtonX’s expert community and fuel the company’s overall growth. Your own growth in the role will be capped only by what you bring to it: with a clear path to owning all of the research function’s population.
