About The Position

Drive the vision and implementation of Disney Streaming Growth Marketing Future Proofing Roadmap including custom platform integrations (such as Conversions API, Server-to-Server Integrations, and Enhanced Conversions) as well as other future-proofing initiatives across conversion tracking environments. Guide the strategy & implementation direction for Kochava S2S measurement for our Living Room Device partners. Support future measurement enablement for retention & engagement signals across these ecosystems. Program management and requirements gathering for cross-team workstreams related to the above. Hands-on implementation in tag manager for web tracking updates related to the above. Understand and document data input and outputs across multiple platforms, teams and data sources. Document how they fuel aspects of the consumer journey, Disney’s proprietary MMM model, and marketing platform data signals. Collaborate across Data Product, Data Forwarding Services, Engineering, Legal, and Ad Operations to establish tenable solutions to future proofing needs with minimal accrual of technical debt. Understand Disney’s Compliance strategy, including Consent Management apparatus, as it pertains to user data and other sensitive information and ensure implementation adheres to this. Proactively communicate with all internal teams (paid media, analytics, engineering etc.) as well as external vendors to ensure visibility into project blocks, risks, and timing. Manage relationships with external vendors to remain educated on industry trends (such as rich media partners, ad verification partners, location data partners, etc.). Translate broad concepts around Ad Tech into practical assessments and recommendations to stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses supported by a proven large-scale media property.

Requirements

  • 7+ years technical digital implementation experience (inclusive of DSPs, ad serving companies, agencies, etc.)
  • Must have experience with direct response campaigns
  • Hands on expertise with conversion API implementation for major media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, CAPI, Yahoo, Google, etc.)
  • Hands on expertise with DoubleClick Campaign Manager third-party ad serving required
  • Hands on expertise with viewability & IVT, analyzing data in Integral Ad Science (IAS), MOAT and/or Doubleverify
  • Hands on expertise with Javascript both for browser console QA & debugging as well as deploying custom Javascript solutions within a Tag Management System
  • Expertise working with technology teams to develop solutions or diagnose and fix issues
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Hands on expertise with Mobile App Tracking solutions preferred: Kochava, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Experience with rich media solutions preferred: DoubleClick Studios, Smartly, Flashtalking, etc.
  • Familiarity with software development & ad tech platform APIs a plus
  • Knack for process improvement and interest or experience in automation a plus
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
  • Sense of humor and desire to have fun!
