About The Position

Are you ready to discover the role of a Growth & Performance Expert in Netcompany? As a Growth & Performance Expert you will: Optimize organic performance through rigorous format testing, refined posting logic, and strategic content structuring. Lead the end-to-end implementation and continuous monitoring of paid campaigns. Execute precise audience segmentation to ensure distribution reaches the most relevant users. Conduct frequent A/B testing and performance comparisons to identify and scale winning strategies. Coordinate operationally with analytics teams to translate data insights into immediate tactical adjustments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in similar fields.
Specialized expertise in platform optimization and distribution rather than a generalist social media background.
Extensive hands-on experience in growth optimization and the technical execution of paid campaigns.
Data-driven mindset and capability of turning complex metrics into actionable growth levers.
Familiarity with "hands-on" environment where operational agility and constant experimentation are required.
Proficiency with English language.
