About The Position

The Growth Ops Analyst is the support engine behind our Growth team. You'll work alongside our Growth Ops Associates to keep the operation running, jumping in wherever the team needs hands. This is an entry-level role built for someone early in their career who wants to touch many parts of a fast-moving business, learn how a startup actually works, and grow into more ownership over time. You'll move fast, and wear lots of different hats. If you're organized, curious, and energized by a no-task-too-small environment, this is a front-row seat to building a company.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience (if you’re a recent grad, we’d love to hear from you!)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Prior internship experience strongly preferred, ideally at a startup, investment banking, consulting, government, or other high-performing business settings
  • Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders
  • Loves the energy of a high-growth environment where every day looks a little different
  • Good judgement, high integrity, and a no-task-too-small mindset
  • Strong organization skills and can juggle multiple priorities without letting anything fall through the cracks
  • Communicates clearly and enjoys talking to customers
  • Is a self-starter who takes initiative in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Support the Growth team across the customer journey, from qualifying inbound leads through onboarding enterprise users on the platform.
  • Leverage customer insights to inform cross-functional decision-making, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Marketing to shape and execute company strategy.
  • Partner closely with our Growth Ops Associates and learn the playbook to take on more ownership over time
  • Act as an advocate for Garage’s brand, representing our company’s vision and values to current and prospective partners.
