About The Position

As part of Uponor’s Engagement Marketing team, the Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing Engagement Marketing strategic plans for the Portfolio, Residential, Channel Marketing and other business unit marketing campaigns to drive business goals. Specific work includes; independently developing and socializing Engagement Marketing project briefs; collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment on projects; drafting key messages and conceptualizing layouts for digital and offline channels (including sales enablement) that integrate brand standards and leadership position; as well as gathering data to determine campaign effectiveness. Works daily with Growth Marketing Manager; Product Marketing team; Corporate Communications; Digital Marketing team & vendors; Retail team; Sales and agency partners. This role is considered a HYBRID position with periodic onsite work at our headquarters in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in Marketing Communications and/or Communications is required.
  • Excellent organizational, project planning and time management skills.
  • Must use an effective and approachable communication style to engage others and build credibility and rapport.
  • Must be self-starter, goal oriented, positive attitude, and take initiative to achieve objectives.
  • Must be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

  • Guides integrated marketing campaigns for GF Building Flow Solutions Americas, as needed; collaborate to develop and then execute project briefs and resulting omni-channel marketing execution plans.
  • Executes the content calendar and manages day-to-day content pipeline across campaigns, SEO, and paid search and social.
  • Collaborate with Marketing sub-functions and key vendors to communicate project objectives/goals/plans, setting the extended team up to successfully create and execute meaningful, integrated campaigns across paid media, brand, video, and digital content.
  • Write, edit and gain approval of ad copy and content, supporting SEO execution in partnership with global and regional digital teams.
  • Track and report content performance, monitoring organic traffic, SEO ranking movement, email engagement metrics, and content pipeline health, compiling findings into a regular performance report to inform strategic decisions.
  • Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
