She helps make everyday moments brighter while supporting members in staying connected to the people and routines they love. ElliQ also provides caregivers with greater visibility and peace of mind. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will help bring ElliQ’s marketing programs to life through strong operational execution across lifecycle marketing, community activations, and cross channel coordination. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies to ensure campaigns and initiatives are executed smoothly across ElliQ’s marketing ecosystem. This position is designed to balance both digital and real world marketing initiatives, with approximately 50 percent of the role focused on community marketing and in person activations, and 50 percent focused on digital marketing execution including lifecycle marketing, campaign coordination, and retention programs. You will help manage lifecycle email programs, coordinate marketing campaigns, support community marketing activations, and ensure marketing programs are delivered accurately and on schedule. What you bring You are a highly organized executor who takes pride in getting things done well and on time. You have a sharp eye for detail and understand how marketing programs come together across both digital channels and real world experiences. You are comfortable working from strategic direction and turning it into high quality execution across email, content, social channels, and in-person marketing initiatives. You are proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Whether coordinating with agencies, freelancers, or event partners, you keep timelines moving and ensure work is delivered smoothly. You are comfortable reviewing performance metrics, identifying trends, and flagging opportunities for improvement, even when you are not the primary owner of strategy. You enjoy working collaboratively with cross functional teams, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering consistent marketing execution that helps the team achieve its goals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in DTC, healthcare, or subscription businesses
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to match an established brand voice
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and content publishing workflows
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfort working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners
  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to read reports, spot trends, and flag issues
  • Self-starter who can execute independently once given clear direction
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events, engagement opportunities, and demonstrations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience organizing in person marketing events, community activations, or brand demonstrations
  • Experience with grassroots or guerrilla marketing initiatives
  • Experience in senior care, health tech, or consumer subscription businesses

Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo and/or HubSpot based on strategic direction
  • Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle email flows including welcome, onboarding, and re-engagement
  • Implement segmentation and personalization tactics
  • Monitor email performance and flag opportunities for improvement
  • Help coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, and social channels
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Review marketing materials for brand consistency, messaging alignment, and accuracy before publication
  • Support cross channel campaign execution across ElliQ’s marketing ecosystem
  • Support the planning and coordination of grassroots marketing initiatives that introduce ElliQ directly to communities
  • Organize and manage in person demonstrations, pop up activations, and local events that showcase ElliQ to older adults, caregivers, and community organizations
  • Coordinate logistics for events including venues, equipment, staffing, and promotional materials
  • Identify opportunities for community based marketing including senior centers, caregiver networks, health events, and local partnerships
  • Work with the marketing team to capture content from events that can be repurposed across digital channels
  • Day-to-day operations of the referral program
  • Oversee execution of user reviews, retention programs, and customer touchpoints
  • Execute retention and customer engagement initiatives Ensure programs run smoothly and meet operational KPIs
  • Support coordination with external paid media agencies to ensure campaigns are launched and monitored effectively
  • Assist with campaign performance tracking and internal reporting
  • Help identify insights from campaign data that can inform future marketing initiatives
