Learn more at www.turing.com We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive talent growth across digital channels. You’ll lead campaigns across email, paid media, job boards - testing, optimizing, and scaling creative ways to grow Turing’s supply pool. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth, and ambiguous environment. While some management may be a part of the role, this role is primarily for a “doer” individual contributor.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, especially to review copy.
  • Hands-on and enjoys being in the weeds with paid ads, and email automation tools.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong experimentation skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth startups or marketplaces is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience running large campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed job postings.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire and activate talent, ranging from software engineers to PhD level physicists and chemists
  • Manage performance across email, paid media, new job boards, and partnerships.
  • Run experiments to uncover new growth levers and optimize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and drive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Growth teams to improve funnel performance.
