About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer who knows how to drive leads in home services. Conejo Services is a highly rated, well-established whole-home service provider with deep roots in the community and a nearly 50-year history of white-glove service. You'll help scale lead generation across 7 service lines, own execution across multiple channels, and ensure we have clean, reliable attribution. You'll work directly alongside leadership as the person who drives execution and brings your own ideas and recommendations to the table day-to-day. This role is for someone who: Has actually run campaigns themselves and still wants to Understands how leads turn into booked jobs and completed revenue Cares about cost per booking, booking rate, and revenue, not vanity metrics Is comfortable owning performance marketing Comes with ideas, not just executes tasks

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in lead generation, growth, or performance marketing
  • Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
  • Hands-on ServiceTitan experience (required)
  • You've personally built and optimized campaigns, managed budgets, and improved performance over time and you're still energized by doing exactly that
  • Strong understanding of paid media for local services, lead tracking, and attribution

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
  • Execute and optimize campaigns (with support) across:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads and Local Services Ads
  • Yelp
  • Email, SMS, and outbound campaigns
  • Direct mail and other offline channels as applicable
  • Continuously improve:
  • Cost per booked appointment
  • Lead quality and lead quantity
  • ROI and revenue per booking
  • Marketing Ops & Attribution
  • Own lead attribution and tracking across all channels
  • Ensure ServiceTitan is clean, accurate, and usable for decision-making
  • Manage and improve campaign tagging, call tracking, lead routing, and marketing tool integrations
  • Identify and fix broken attribution, data gaps, and reporting inconsistencies
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Track performance across trades, campaigns, and channels
  • Report on cost per booked job, ROI, and revenue by source
  • Turn insights into action quickly and proactively bring new ideas to improve results
  • Vendor & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with external vendors and hold them accountable
  • Execute internally where it matters most
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, the call center/CSR team, and leadership to fill the dispatch board and improve booking rates
