The position is a full-time, with a hybrid in-office/WFH schedule of Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office. Our office is located in our Corporate headquarters in the Addison/Farmers Branch area in DFW. OVERVIEW The Growth Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing who oversees customer acquisition through Paid Digital, SEO, Radio, OOH, Print and other paid advertising. In addition to improving and scaling always-on campaigns, you will support new initiatives and partner closely with our creative team to ensure best-in-class creative across every channel. You will work with cross-functional teams across EōS and collaborate with agency partners. The ideal candidate has a test-and-learn mindset, strong curiosity, and a drive to build effective growth programs. You should have experience with at least one or two of our marketing channels and a desire to broaden your skills across others. You ask thoughtful questions, look for ways to improve performance, and draw inspiration from competitors, industry research and past learnings. Experience with broader marketing strategy is a plus.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in growth marketing with experience in at least one or two channels such as paid media, radio, OOH, direct mail or SEO, preferably within a multi-location or franchise business
  • Strong attention to detail as this role will be ensuring creative assets accurately reflect offers, flight dates, location details, amenities, etc.
  • Proven track record of contributing to marketing-driven growth
  • Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments and managing timelines through a project management tool such as Monday.com or Asana
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing clear briefs and effective feedback

  • Experience in a membership-based or wellness-related business is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Growth Marketing in managing external media agencies and platform partners to improve efficiency and performance
  • Assist with planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, direct mail and SEO across platforms such as Search, Social, Programmatic, Audio, OOH, CTV and emerging partners
  • Own communications with agency partners around creative changes, gym openings, campaign timing, etc.
  • Assist in managing timelines with internal creative teams and agency partners
  • Manage the handoff of creative assets to agency partners and internal stakeholders for integrated campaigns
  • Analyze performance data proactively to optimize campaigns and share insights with senior leadership and creative teams
  • Support the development and iteration of a structured testing roadmap to improve creative and campaign performance against acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with Creative, MarTech, Analytics, Sales and Web teams to align media, traditional, direct mail and SEO efforts with company marketing objectives
  • Review key promotions, seasonal campaigns and historical performance to help inform media planning
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates and competitive changes to ensure strategies remain effective
