Torch DentalAustin, TX
9d$100,000 - $130,000Onsite

About The Position

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will help ensure that marketing efforts are focused, prioritized, and aligned to driving meaningful pipeline outcomes. This role sits across the full funnel and plays a key role in shaping how Torch builds and scales its demand engine. You will help determine what we should run, who we should target, and how channels work together to drive pipeline. You’ll take a data-driven approach to growth — using audience segmentation, performance insights, and experimentation to continuously improve how we acquire, engage, and convert our ideal customers. This role is not about running isolated campaigns. It’s about ensuring every campaign is intentional, targeted to the right audience, and contributes to overall funnel performance.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience , ideally across demand gen, lifecycle, or growth
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and how marketing drives pipeline
  • Experience prioritizing campaigns based on business goals, not just executing requests
  • Ability to identify which campaigns are worth running — and confidence to push back on those that aren’t
  • Experience working with audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach the highest-value accounts
  • Strong data instincts and ability to translate insights into clear, actionable decisions
  • Systems thinking mindset: able to connect channels, campaigns, and funnel stages into a cohesive strategy
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making judgment calls with imperfect information
  • Bias toward action: able to move quickly from idea to execution while continuously iterating
