We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can independently take a business problem, form a clear point of view, and turn it into a cohesive, high-impact marketing program. This role is not about simply shipping emails or managing channels. It requires strong strategic judgment, comfort operating with ambiguity, and the ability to define, defend, and execute campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue. The right candidate has already owned campaigns end to end from defining the problem and audience, to deciding what not to do, to executing across channels with clarity and intent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or campaign management roles
  • Experience owning campaigns as programs
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a clear POV and decision logic for campaigns
  • Strong writing skills rooted in insight, not just benefits or features
  • Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A creative problem solver who challenges traditional B2B marketing strategies and isn’t afraid to test unconventional ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing and GTM tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, Monday.com, analytics platforms, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Define and own campaign strategy end to end - including audience selection, POV, decision drivers, messaging hierarchy, and success criteria - before execution begins.
  • Responsibility for tactical execution of marketing campaigns
  • Partner with the central marketing team to ensure Fleetworthy’s solutions and experiences bring the business to life for targeted personas
  • Drive continuous improvement and propose fresh ideas to drive the most impact in our program initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Translate strategic intent into cohesive multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, content, lifecycle) where each component plays a clear role.
  • Make deliberate tradeoffs: prioritize what matters most, eliminate low-impact work, and articulate why certain ideas move forward while others do not.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are execution-ready, aligned, and measurable.
  • Own performance outcomes, not just outputs, using data to evaluate effectiveness, iterate thoughtfully, and improve campaign impact over time.
  • Contribute meaningfully in cross-functional and team discussions by synthesizing information, advancing ideas, and connecting strategy to execution.
  • Develop and manage paid media strategies (industry publications, Bing, Meta, programmatic, and emerging platforms) to optimize pipeline and bookings.
