About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead performance-driven marketing initiatives that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue. You will own end-to-end demand generation, paid media strategy, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization, with full accountability for campaign performance and measurable outcomes. Working closely with Brand, Content, and Sales teams, you will design, implement, and iterate growth strategies across multiple channels while leveraging analytics to guide decision-making. The position is highly hands-on and requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and executional excellence. You will be responsible for scaling campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving customer engagement in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment. Ideal candidates thrive on testing, learning, and iterating to continuously improve marketing impact.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing paid media budgets and reporting on financial impact (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong expertise with CRMs, marketing automation, analytics tools, SEO, SEM, and website traffic analytics.
  • Solid UX and conversion optimization instincts, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute demand generation and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to drive MQL volume and pipeline contribution.
  • Build, optimize, and iterate high-converting landing pages and funnel experiences across HubSpot and the website.
  • Develop and manage lead nurture flows for different audiences, improving conversion from MQLs to opportunities.
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, audiences, and offers, leveraging data to inform growth strategy.
  • Maintain growth dashboards, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to support forecasting and budget planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Education, Brand, and Content teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and campaign effectiveness.
