We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own demand generation and performance marketing end-to-end, not just execute tasks, but think in systems, diagnose what’s broken, and scale what works. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and revenue analytics. You’ll partner closely with Brand, Content, and Sales to turn strong positioning into measurable pipeline growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will be expected to test, learn, iterate, and create growth strategies across the funnel with segmentation.
