About The Position

Icreon is a digital and AI technology consulting firm helping enterprises design, build, and scale modern digital experiences. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to operate our AI-enabled marketing machine— a role where human judgment, creativity, and strategy guide powerful AI tools. This role is about using AI as leverage — accelerating research, personalization, content, and optimization — while staying firmly in control of strategy, insight, and outcomes. You’ll sit at the center of our growth engine, orchestrating tools like ChatGPT, Sitecore AI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, intent data platforms, and AI-powered creative tools to drive real prospect consideration and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of modern B2B growth marketing and ABM.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and martech tools to run real campaigns.
  • Ability to translate AI outputs into clear decisions and actions.
  • Comfort working across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content platforms.
  • Analytical mindset — you know how to read performance data and act on it.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas, formats, and tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and energized by fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in B2B technology, consulting, or SaaS marketing.
  • Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, DXP content supply chain tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6sense, analytics platforms, and AI creative tools.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Audience Intelligence & Insight (Human-Guided AI)
  • Use ChatGPT and research tools to accelerate customer, account, and market research — synthesizing insights into clear buyer personas, pain points, and messaging angles.
  • Combine human judgment with intent data and behavioral signals to define priority audiences and ABM target accounts.
  • Translate AI-generated insights into clear strategic direction for campaigns and content.
  • AI-Enabled Campaign Orchestration
  • Design and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, website, and owned channels.
  • Use Sitecore AI and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to personalize journeys, messaging, and experiences at scale.
  • Act as the “conductor” — deciding what gets automated, what gets reviewed, and what gets refined by humans.
  • Content Production at Scale (With Humans in Control)
  • Oversee production of campaign content, thought leadership, and owned media using AI-powered copy, image, and design tools.
  • Ensure content quality, brand voice, accuracy, and differentiation — AI assists, humans decide.
  • Optimize content for SEO and GEO, testing formats, tones, and narratives rapidly.
  • Distribution, Performance & Rapid Optimization
  • Orchestrate content distribution across channels using automation and AI-driven recommendations.
  • Build dashboards that track engagement, pipeline influence, velocity, and ROI.
  • Continuously analyze results, identify signals, and rapidly optimize campaigns — adjusting audiences, messaging, and spend based on performance.
  • Events as Integrated Growth Plays
  • Own event marketing strategy (trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables).
  • Use AI to improve targeting, promotion, follow-up, and post-event insights.
  • Tie events directly into ABM and demand programs with clear attribution to pipeline and revenue.
