Paid Media Associate Directors own the Advertising function on their book of clients. This includes developing overall paid media strategy, helping to grow the client’s business through additional advertising channels and ensuring team execution meets and exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities Provide the highest level of media leadership on a client’s business on a day-to-day basis Demonstrate expertise in all digital media principles and apply them to a client’s business Serve as an effective communicator with the ability to both work and lead a group in a team environment Lead and foster a strong level of integration among all groups within PHD and partner agencies Specialize in Digital Direct, with knowledge in paid media: Search, Social and Programmatic Act as a solution-seeker who is always willing to jump over obstacles to bring the work from good to great, highly skilled in your craft and courageous in approach Bring inspiration, smarts, and clarity to programmatic planning, setting an agenda teams can happily and confidently take action on Continuously raise the bar on the programmatic product, helping clients and partners develop more creative media solutions to business challenges plan after plan Operate as a highly skilled self-starter who is organized, confident in your abilities, and unafraid to share opinions and new perspective
