About The Position

As the Growth Marketing Lead , you will be responsible for driving and scaling the growth strategy across various channels and functions. This role requires leading a cross-functional team, setting strategic priorities, and achieving measurable results through paid campaigns, lifecycle marketing, content creation, and operational execution. Working closely with product, data, and other teams, you will identify new growth opportunities, enhance retention, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to fuel business expansion. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements

  • Growth Marketing Expertise: Strong background in growth marketing, with significant experience (5+ years) in product marketing, paid media, lifecycle marketing, content strategy, and operations.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Deep analytical skills, with expertise in using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Experimentation & Agility: Proficient in A/B testing frameworks and able to rapidly adjust strategies based on data insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative & Strategic Insight: Ability to blend creative vision with strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Experience in Fast-Growing Environments: Extensive experience working in high-growth settings, ideally within marketplaces, edtech, or SaaS industries, and managing multi-disciplinary teams to scale efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Acquisition: Oversee Paid Media, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Experimentation efforts to achieve new customer revenue targets.
  • Leverage Growth Hacking: Experiment with new channels and tactics to identify high-impact strategies for user growth.
  • Collaborate on Funnel Optimization: Work with the Growth Product team to refine the lead-to-onboarding process, while the product team focuses on onboarding to customer conversion.
  • Plan & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Manage customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives, consistently tracking performance to optimize results.
  • Maximize Cross-Platform Impact: Drive a strategic roadmap to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, LTV, and optimize CAC/CPA.
  • Implement A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and manage A/B tests, optimization strategies, and creative initiatives to drive better results.
  • Tailor Campaigns to Target Audiences: Create and execute marketing campaigns that are relevant, engaging, and tailored to the specific needs and interests of different customer segments.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Partner with marketing teammates to create, assess, and refresh content for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and web properties.
  • Ensure Timely Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and flawless execution of marketing activities.
