We're seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who thrives on rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making. You understand that great performance marketing is equal parts art and science—blending analytical rigor with creative intuition to build repeatable acquisition engines with strong unit economics. You'll own the execution and optimization of our paid media channels, running rigorous test & control experiments to answer our highest-leverage growth questions. This is a highly analytical performance marketing role where you'll work directly with Product and Data Science teams to design experiments, iterate on creative strategies, and translate performance data into actionable insights that drive measurable customer acquisition and conversion.
