The Connected TV Marketing team's mission is to position YouTube as the best place to watch for fans. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own, define, and execute Owned and Operated marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth in driving acquisition, cross-sells, and engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders across YouTube teams including marketing, product, UX, and engineering, to strategically design and deliver campaigns and experiences that educate, inspire and delight customers at key moments in their customer lifecycle. You will be part of a changing marketing team where strong business strategy and communication skills are critical to success. You will use user insights to drive strategy and partner with the product team to ensure the user is at the forefront of development.
