Chalk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth experimentation. This role is central to the marketing funnel, involving campaign planning and execution across various paid channels, collaboration on landing page optimization, and building essential reporting structures. The position requires a hands-on approach, utilizing analytical skills to drive growth through paid search and social media. The successful candidate will establish infrastructure for scalable growth, including tools, processes, and data flows, and conduct experiments that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams like content, design, engineering, sales, and revenue operations, and reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, VP of Marketing, and the broader GTM team. Success will be measured by qualified pipeline and customer acquisition, with significant autonomy granted to achieve these goals. The role is in-person, Monday through Friday, in NY, LA, and SF offices, with no remote or hybrid options available.
