About The Position

This role focuses on driving engagement, pipeline creation, and customer lifecycle progression through email and webinar marketing programs. The position combines strategy, execution, and optimization, working cross-functionally with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Business Development teams. You will own the end-to-end email marketing strategy, develop lifecycle nurture programs, and manage webinar promotion and follow-up. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, testing, and continuous improvement to maximize program performance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with marketing platforms, analyzing engagement metrics, and enabling internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. The work environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on measurable impact across demand-generation channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or fintech
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms for email campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and reporting
  • Experience managing webinars using Goldcast, ON24, Zoom, or equivalent platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience turning data insights into actionable marketing decisions
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously
  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and advocacy
  • Innovative, curious, and comfortable experimenting and iterating to optimize engagement

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day email marketing strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of targeted programs
  • Build and enhance lifecycle nurture campaigns, event and webinar promotions, post-webinar follow-ups, and re-engagement initiatives
  • Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies using firmographic, behavioral, intent, and third-party data
  • Define structured A/B and multivariate testing plans for emails, content, CTAs, cadence, and audience targeting
  • Manage webinar promotion and lifecycle journey from registration through follow-up, ensuring alignment with pipeline priorities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for webinar platforms, establishing standards, templates, and best practices, and enabling internal teams
  • Analyze email and webinar performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and RevOps to deliver data-driven insights and ensure alignment with business objectives
