As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will define and execute the growth marketing strategy for ImPACT Applications, a Riverside Insights company, driving engagement and expansion across healthcare, education, and sports markets. This role offers real ownership, mentorship from senior leadership, and the opportunity to build a growth engine from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the GM/CEO of ImPACT Applications and Riverside leadership, gaining exposure to product, sales, and operations while driving measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows
  • Proven ability to launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing dashboards
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, education, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting tools
  • Background in SEO strategy and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to thrive in small teams and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall growth marketing strategy for ImPACT Applications, aligning initiatives with business goals and revenue targets
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage content, partnerships, and automation to drive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation to engage new leads and automate customer journeys
  • Partner with sales and product teams to create messaging and assets that support acquisition and retention
  • Use analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce) to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and fuel business expansion
