About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, intern to support our commercial growth engine across multiple business units including laboratory services, certification, training/consulting, and an annual industry conference. This role blends Revenue Operations and Growth Marketing, helping improve pipeline management, CRM performance, prospecting execution, conference growth efforts, quoting processes, and cross-functional business development initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in ag business, business analytics, marketing operations, and learning how growth systems work inside a real organization.

Requirements

Pursuing degree in Business, Ag Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
Strong written communication skills
Interest in sales, growth strategy, CRM systems, or operations

Nice To Haves

Experience with Social Media is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve CRM data quality
Update account ownership, contacts, and opportunity records
Support pipeline tracking and sales reporting
Build prospect and target account lists
Assist with quote creation using approved templates
Monitor follow-up activity and lead aging
Support prospecting across business units: Food safety laboratory services, Certification services, Training & consulting
Industry conference research decision-makers and market segments
Support outbound campaigns and lead routing
Assist with conference speaker, sponsor, and exhibitor outreach pipelines
Track campaign and lead conversion performance
Identify dormant accounts and re-engagement opportunities
Assist with dashboards and KPI reporting
Improve workflows between sales, marketing, and customer experience teams
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team
Assist with social media across multiple departments
