We're hiring someone to take over and scale our growth engine - programmatic SEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and the full product-led growth funnel. This system is already generating pipeline. Your job is to own it, improve it, and scale it so our CEO doesn't have to run it anymore. You'll own everything from top-of-funnel acquisition to signup-to-activation conversion. That means managing paid campaigns, scaling the SEO and content engine, running experiments on landing pages and onboarding flows, building lifecycle email sequences, and obsessing over the data that tells you what's working and what isn't. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and product to turn developer traffic into paying customers. This isn't a brand marketing role and it isn't a management role. You'll be in the weeds every day shipping experiments, such as: launching programmatic content, building demand generation systems, automating lead qualification, etc. Ideal for someone highly technical who's early in their career but already knows how to run growth systems end to end.
