About The Position

We're hiring someone to take over and scale our growth engine - programmatic SEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and the full product-led growth funnel. This system is already generating pipeline. Your job is to own it, improve it, and scale it so our CEO doesn't have to run it anymore. You'll own everything from top-of-funnel acquisition to signup-to-activation conversion. That means managing paid campaigns, scaling the SEO and content engine, running experiments on landing pages and onboarding flows, building lifecycle email sequences, and obsessing over the data that tells you what's working and what isn't. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and product to turn developer traffic into paying customers. This isn't a brand marketing role and it isn't a management role. You'll be in the weeds every day shipping experiments, such as: launching programmatic content, building demand generation systems, automating lead qualification, etc. Ideal for someone highly technical who's early in their career but already knows how to run growth systems end to end.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or engineering at a startup
  • Highly technical - comfortable with code, data, and building things yourself
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and email tools
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Data-driven decision-making with a bias toward experimentation
  • In NYC or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, or technical products
  • Familiarity with product-led growth motions and self-serve funnels
  • Front-end skills (HTML/CSS, React, landing page builders) for rapid experimentation
  • Experience with programmatic SEO or content-driven organic growth at scale
  • Experience with Clay, Clearbit, or similar enrichment tools for targeted outbound

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition & SEO Take ownership of Sent's existing programmatic SEO and paid acquisition engine
  • Optimize and scale paid channels with tight CAC and ROAS targets
  • Maintain and expand the content and SEO strategy that currently drives organic pipeline
  • Build and test landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows continuously
  • Product-Led Growth Own the self-serve signup funnel from first touch to activated paying customer
  • Analyze signup-to-activation funnels, identify drop-off points, and ship fixes
  • Build automated onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement email sequences
  • Work with product and engineering to improve in-product conversion and activation triggers
  • Analytics & Experimentation Run A/B tests across landing pages, email, ad creative, and onboarding flows
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards covering the full funnel — traffic, signups, activation, revenue
  • Report on CAC, ROAS, channel efficiency, and cohort-level activation metrics
  • Use data to prioritize experiments and allocate budget
  • Cross-Functional Collaborate with GTM on product-led growth initiatives and technical content
  • Work with sales on lead scoring, MQL definitions, and handoff optimization
  • Partner with marketing on developer-focused campaigns, community, and content distribution
