About The Position

We're the world's leading digital longevity clinic seeking a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on strategy, execution, and measurement. The ideal candidate will build systems for sustained success and leverage AI across their workflow for faster testing and iteration. This is an opportunity to build a function from the ground up and potentially grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

Proven experience running paid acquisition with significant spend, with the ability to demonstrate actual account performance and decisions.
Fluency in using AI tools for creative iteration, copy testing, analysis, and automation in a daily workflow.
Comfort working independently as the sole person responsible for the paid acquisition function, setting priorities and making decisions.
Strong writing skills, particularly in crafting acquisition copy that resonates with a smart, skeptical audience.
A systems-thinking approach to building repeatable processes.
Experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Nice To Haves

Experience building a marketing function from the ground up.
Familiarity with longevity medicine and its scientific basis.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other converting channels.
Improve spend efficiency and scale by ensuring clean attribution, accurate CAC/LTV reporting, and a compounding testing cadence.
Build the operational backbone of the function, including naming conventions, a creative pipeline, and reporting dashboards.
Partner with clinical and product teams to ensure acquisition messaging aligns with medical claims and evidence.
