About The Position

A fantastic fully remote opportunity has arisen for a Growth Manager to join a Lead Generation Company in the iGaming space. This is a leadership-role with direct commercial accountability. You are sharp and strategic, commercially minded with the ability to lead, support, and motivate your team of initially 3 professionals; set clear directions and communicate measurable targets. The role is offered on a fully remote basis in Europe, and we envision the right person to invoice €55-60K annually for a full-time role.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience in revenue-focused affiliate / lead-generation roles within the iGaming experience
  • Ability to set, communicate and implement clear strategies
  • Expertise with email marketing, newsletter monetisation and sponsored content deals
  • Fluent in tracking and revenue analytics tools
  • Solid track record of leading high-performing teams, hitting commercial targets
  • Strong commercial instincts - you focus on conversion, margin, growth, and ROI
  • Pre-existing network of content creators, streamers & media contacts
  • Experience managing a remote workforce across multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable holding others accountable to targets, assessing and addressing underperformance immediately with constructive plans for improvement
  • Clear, direct communication whilst remaining approachable to stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Set the commercial strategy for sustainable growth
  • New revenue channel development: identify and scope emerging opportunities, carry out test campaigns and drive implementation and continuous improvement of best performing campaigns
  • Social channel monetisation
  • Set the outbound strategy & budget for Guest Posts
  • Identify partnership opportunities for streamers and external content contributors
  • Define strategy and campaign direction for email and other marketing efforts, with the content team responsible for build and delivery
  • Performance management: monitor results across all channels, hold team leads accountable, and report clearly to senior leadership
  • Take responsibility for revenue generated as well as Q on Q growth
  • Ensure KPI and other targets are met (or exceeded)
