We are seeking a marketer who is deeply familiar with the equestrian world and proficient in digital growth strategies. This role offers full ownership of the digital growth engine, including paid acquisition across various platforms, Shopify CRO, Amazon channel management, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered systems. The position comes with a significant ad budget, real authority, and measurable targets. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, results-oriented, and can build and execute strategies without constant direction.

Requirements

• Active or recently active equestrian
• Hands-on experience in paid platforms (campaign management)
• Experience building AI automations, tools, and workflows
• Self-directed and proactive in identifying and closing gaps
