About The Position

We're looking for a Growth Lead to own how Stable acquires, converts, and expands customers across both our self-serve and sales-led motions. You'll own the number, not just the campaigns. Self-serve revenue and sales-led pipeline are your north star metrics and you will be equally responsible for the enterprise buyer who fills out a "contact sales" form and the solo founder who never talks to a human and pays online with a credit card in this role. This is a senior individual contributor role for the immediate future with an opportunity to eventually build a small team as the function grows. What we need first though is someone who can think clearly about the whole system and then go build it with the support of AI. This is a hands-on role, and the person in this seat should be building AI systems that let them operate like a team of five. Requirements

8+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with experience spanning both PLG/self-serve and sales-assisted motions
Experience owning and allocating a meaningful budget: you've made the call on where seven figures goes and been accountable for what came back
A track record of moving revenue and pipeline numbers, not just launching campaigns
Demonstrated AI fluency: you've built workflows, agents, prompts, or internal tools that changed how you work. Be ready to walk us through something you built and what it replaced
Experience taking a channel 0 → 1
Comfortable presenting growth performance and investment tradeoffs to a leadership team
Strong analytical and editorial chops
Experience owning or working closely with an SEO program, and a point of view on how AI search changes it
Highly autonomous, and at home in an area that's ambiguous and still being defined
Equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the details

Responsibilities

Build the plan that achieves growth targets across both self serve ARR and sales pipeline
Own a multi-million dollar budget: set the investment split across motions, channels, and programs, and own the forecast against it
Decide what we ramp up, what we ramp down, and what we stop entirely and defend each call with numbers
Regularly present on growth performance and learnings to the leadership team
Partner with sales and the leadership team to define ICPs and create the campaigns that win deals, and own the feedback loop that informs what we do next
Own end to end execution across paid and organic acquisition channels
Build and own AEO and AI search as a first-class channel
Own lifecycle strategy across the customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and win-back
Build the systems that make this scope possible: i.e. AI-assisted research, content production, competitive monitoring, funnel analysis, reporting, etc.
Use agents and automation to do work that would otherwise require headcount or an agency
Define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing methodology, and share honest learnings about what worked and what didn't
Own outcome metrics (pipeline, revenue) and efficiency metrics (CAC, payback period)
Build reporting that gives the team a clear view of what the key growth drivers are
