About The Position

Reflex is hiring its first Growth Lead (2-5 years) to build the growth function from scratch at a fast-scaling, product-led company. Reflex is the platform for building, deploying and managing mission-critical enterprise applications, bringing AI-powered development, data integrations, secure deployment and governance onto one stack. Its open-source framework has powered over 1 million applications and earned 28,000+ GitHub stars, and 30% of the Fortune 500 use it. Founded in 2023, Reflex closed its Series A and grew from about $50K to over $1M ARR in seven months with effectively one salesperson.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of growth marketing
• A year or more at a fast-scaling, product-led startup with real traction
• Experience at a company that scaled from seed through Series A
• Organic, content and SEO experience, not only paid performance

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and execution across organic, content and SEO channels.
• Run creative, high-visibility growth experiments.
• Turn open-source adoption into qualified pipeline.
• Work with little guidance: take broad goals, ask sharp questions and execute.
