The data telling you which health systems are leaving money on the table is public. Build the machine that turns it into meetings. A federal arbitration system called Independent Dispute Resolution, or IDR, now determines billions of dollars in healthcare payments each year. Providers win the vast majority of disputes, yet most eligible claims are never filed. The process is manual, fragmented, and resource-intensive, and most providers don't have the infrastructure to pursue what they're owed. The No Surprises Act created the framework, and the market already exists. Today it runs on spreadsheets, consultants, and static playbooks. We're building the first intelligent system designed to operate inside it. CMS publishes who filed what, allowing us to see exactly which health systems are contesting almost none of their eligible claims and estimate what that costs them. This role is about building the machine that does this analysis and converts it into actionable insights for targeting prospects. The challenges include developing effective messaging, outreach strategies, and systems to gain replies from busy buyers like revenue cycle VPs and hospital CFOs. This role involves analysis, messaging, and systems building, requiring comfort with data, market analysis, persuasive writing, and creating repeatable processes. You will also be defining the category as you go, as most of the market doesn't yet have a name for what Recourse does.
