About The Position

Flowstate is an AI video intelligence company building AI agents that help media and streaming teams automate production-grade video workflows across metadata extraction, QA, compliance, distribution, search, and content creation. We’re a team of AI researchers and media technology professionals with deep expertise in building computer vision systems and video tools at Apple, Waymo, Netflix, and GlobalLogic.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Intern for the summer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a generalist role for someone excited about early-stage startups, Video AI, enterprise software, and GTM. You will work closely with the founding team across Growth, GTM, and customer research. This is a hands-on role where you will get direct exposure to how an early-stage AI company sells, learns from customers, builds product, and grows.

Requirements

• Prior experience in one or more of the following: Product
• GTM, sales, strategy, or business development for enterprise software
• VC, investing, or founder’s office at an early-stage startup
• Consulting or investment banking, ideally with software, internet, media, AI, or technology coverage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to synthesize customer conversations into clear insights and next steps
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Nice To Haves

• Interest in AI, video, media, streaming, or enterprise software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Produce and ship content natively across Flowstate’s primary channels
• Turn customer conversations into clear product insights
• Create sales collateral for enterprise prospects and customers
• Work with clients to discover and define high-value Video AI use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to support growth priorities
