About The Position
Long Ridge is a growth equity firm based in New York City with over $2B under management. They invest in high-growth technology companies, focusing on software and technology-enabled services, using a thesis-driven approach and emphasizing partnership with entrepreneurs and management teams. Long Ridge recently raised an oversubscribed $730 million Fund VI, and previous Funds are generating top-tier returns. The intern role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding growth equity platform in a high-impact and high-responsibility position. The intern will play a key role in researching and analyzing potential investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Current sophomores (Class of 2028)
- Demonstrated track record of excellence across academic, business, and extra-curricular pursuits
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual with high attention to detail
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Researching and analyzing potential investment opportunities
- Supporting Long Ridge portfolio companies
- Researching thematic sector theses
- Conducting deep dives of subsectors
- Using databases to surface new potential companies
- Conducting outreach to prospective companies
- Participating in all team-wide meetings, including weekly deal meetings / investment committee meetings
Benefits
- Compensation range: $100k-115k annual salary pro rata for the term of the program
