Growth Engineer

GigaSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Giga is seeking a Growth Engineer to build the infrastructure for measuring content performance and creating derivative assets from technical content. This role involves developing full-funnel attribution, engagement modeling, and AI-native repurposing pipelines. The goal is to ensure that technical content drives pipeline and to efficiently generate multiple assets from each flagship post. This is not an outbound GTM Engineer role, but rather similar to growth engineering roles at companies like Ramp, Vercel, or Linear.

Requirements

  • Experience building production attribution and event pipelines (Segment-class tooling wired to a warehouse and BI layer).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience writing Python or JS for systems work.
  • Comfort with wiring APIs and CMS integrations.
  • Experience shipping AI-native workflows using LLM APIs in production.
  • Understanding of content strategy and ability to translate editorial goals into measurable systems.
  • Ability to ship initial versions quickly (v0 in two weeks) and iterate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in growth or marketing engineering at content-led B2B SaaS companies (e.g., Ramp, Vercel, Linear, Attio, Webflow, Retool, Notion, Stripe).
  • Background as an analytics engineer who transitioned into marketing.
  • Experience as a founder of a content/attribution SaaS company.
  • Experience as a technical marketing operations leader.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-funnel tracking from content consumption to signup to activation to pipeline.
  • Implement event instrumentation (Segment-class + warehouse + BI).
  • Develop engagement modeling (time on page, scroll depth, return visits, paths).
  • Create executive dashboards and feedback loops for the editorial team.
  • Develop AI-native pipelines to transform flagship engineering posts into approximately 15 derivative assets (threads, LinkedIn posts, email excerpts, video cutdowns, SEO variants, podcast clips).
  • Ensure derivative assets match the brand voice, are routed to correct channels, and are measured against flagship performance.
  • Build programmatic / AEO content infrastructure (planned for Q2+).

Benefits

  • Catered lunch daily
  • Dinner stipend
  • $150/month wellness benefit (gym, fitness classes, mental health)
  • Medical coverage
  • Dental coverage
  • Vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks maternal, 6 weeks paternal)
  • Commuter benefits
