Growth Engineer

ForusNew York, NY

About The Position

As a Growth Engineer at Forus, you will build the systems that power how our network expands, from the infrastructure behind provider onboarding and activation to the automation, data flows, and experiments that accelerate adoption. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to identify friction, ship solutions quickly, and measure what actually moves the needle. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants their code to directly influence how quickly the company grows. You will write production software, build internal and external tooling, integrate AI into real workflows, and help design the mechanisms that turn interest into active providers and patients on the platform. The best candidates for this role are strong engineers who are excited to step outside traditional product boundaries and apply their skills to real-world growth problems. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.
