About The Position
Lotus Health AI is infinite care. We're building the AI primary care doctor, backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV, and we're looking for someone who's been in the arena before. If you've started something, grown something, or figured out how to make something work with nothing, this role is for you. You'll work across growth, ops, and whatever the company needs. One week might be figuring out why a user activation step is breaking down. The next might be building a workflow that removes something painful from the team's day. You'll write the playbook.
Requirements
- Experience growing a consumer product or company.
- Ability to independently identify and solve problems.
- Proactive identification of potential issues.
- Organizational skills that enhance team efficiency.
- A track record of shipping and iterating based on feedback.
Nice To Haves
- Experience building automations or setting up tools to improve workflow speed.
- Comfort and natural use of AI tools.
- Basic proficiency in Figma or a general design sense.
