About The Position

You.com is building the AI Search Infrastructure for Enterprises—the decision backbone that enables companies to reason, decide, and act with the accuracy of their best experts. We’re seeing strong traction with mid-market and enterprise customers across consulting, media, financial services, and tech. To accelerate growth, we’re hiring a Growth & Campaign Operations Manager to help scale our performance marketing programs and support our AWS co-marketing partnership. This role is highly hands-on and analytical. You’ll be in the weeds running campaigns, managing budgets, setting up tracking, and executing lifecycle emails—while also ensuring our AWS partnership programs are fully supported and measurable. It’s a scrappy role with high visibility and a clear pathway to impact.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset—you thrive on numbers, data, and optimization.
  • Comfortable with campaign tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce), and quick to learn new systems.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated - able to execute quickly with limited resources.
  • Strong partner to Sales, with an obsession for pipeline, CAC, and conversion metrics.
  • Excited to learn performance marketing in a fast-moving startup, with interest in growing into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Operations: Execute campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and newsletters, with expansion into new channels like Reddit. Manage budgets, creative workflows, and reporting end-to-end.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Plan, edit, and execute lifecycle email campaigns in Braze and HubSpot; test and optimize flows to drive engagement and conversion.
  • AWS Partnership Support: Help manage marketing activities tied to our AWS co-marketing partnership, including reporting, lead sharing, and MDF requests.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Set up clean, reliable attribution systems; ensure campaign data flows seamlessly across platforms.
  • Scrappy Execution: Roll up your sleeves to get campaigns live and optimized quickly, while keeping a sharp eye on ROI.
