We are hiring a Growth and Operations Lead that sits at the center of candidate experience and recruiting operations. You’ll be a primary point of contact for candidates as they move through interview processes, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional from first conversation through final decision. You’ll also support the operational backbone of our hiring workflows—maintaining pipelines, coordinating interviews, and partnering closely with the team to keep processes running smoothly. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working directly with people while contributing to scalable, process-oriented systems inside an AI-driven company.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout interview processes
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate, real-time candidate pipelines and internal tracking systems
  • Support recruiting operations, including process documentation and workflow improvements
  • Communicate role updates, feedback, and next steps clearly and professionally
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all active searches
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to support ongoing hiring initiatives
  • 0–2 years of professional work experience in recruiting, operations, coordination, or a people-facing role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with multiple active priorities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Clear, confident verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in AI, technology, startups, or talent platforms
