ButcherBox is looking for a Growth Analyst to own new member acquisition analytics. This isn't a build-dashboards-and-hand-off-findings role. You'll identify opportunities, design tests, drive analysis, and follow it through to a decision. The expectation is that you're the connective tissue between data and action; not just telling us what the numbers say, but making sure something happens because of it. Our marketing and commercial teams embrace a hybrid model that provides personal flexibility as well as in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will find value in coming to our Watertown office two to three days per week. You’ll be embedded in the growth team, owning critical metrics alongside them and supporting weekly channel deep dives.
